PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an original plate of a printing plate capable of directly carrying out printing by laser engraving, having suitability not only as resin relief-printing application having suitability for oil ink, but also as flexographic printing in which printing is carried out by weak printing pressure. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable resin composition for laser engraving comprises a hydrophilic polymer (A1) containing hydroxyethylene, a hydrophilic polymer (A2) other than (A1), an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (B), a polymerization initiator (C) and a plasticizer (D) as units.
