PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin powder coating composition yielding coating film excellent in weatherability, delusteredness and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: The fluororesin powder coating composition comprises 30-95 mass% of a fluorocopolymer A composed of fluoroolefin-based polymerization unit and hydroxy group-containing monomer-based polymerization unit, 5-60 mass% of a crosslinking agent B(e.g. an internally blocked isocyanate) and 0.01-10 mass% of a bismuth compound C comprising an organic acid bismuth salt or inorganic bismuth salt(e.g. bismuth octylate).
