PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture curable composition having excellent tensile properties, adhesiveness and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable composition comprises 100 parts by mass of a polyurethane containing at least two or more hydrolyzable silyl groups on the average in one molecule and 10-200 parts by mass of a vinyl polymer having 500-30,000 weight-average molecular weight. The adhesive composition is composed of the moisture curable composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a polyurethane containing at least two or more hydrolyzable silyl groups on the average in one molecule and 10-200 parts by mass of a vinyl polymer having 500-30,000 weight-average molecular weight.
