PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding type carton which prevents a tray-like inner boat from being released from a cylindrical outer box, has a simple hooking structure between the outer box and the inner boat and a low manufacturing cost, and is also adaptable even for a filling and packaging line. SOLUTION: The sliding type carton is manufactured by continuously providing a front side plate, a back side plate, and side plates consisting of left and right side plates so as to stand them from the bottom plate on the cylindrical outer box formed by successively continuously providing an outer box side plate, an outer box upper plate, an outer box side plate, an outer box lower plate, an outer box flap plate for pasting, and an outer box hooking piece being respectively rectangular through folding lines, and by sticking the outer box side plates and the outer box flap plate for pasting being both edge parts so as to position the outer box hooking piece on the back face side of the outer box upper plate, and by inserting the tray-like inner boat provided with a inner boat hooking piece into the side plate.
