PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element driving apparatus in which an movable part including an optical element can be driven with high sensitivity and in a stable attitude, and with low power consumption and a low cost. SOLUTION: In the optical element driving apparatus provided with a movable part 2 including at least an optical element 1, an elastic supporting means 7 supporting the movable part so as to be displaceable for a fixing part 6, and a driving means having at least coils 3, 4, 5 and a magnet 8 making the movable part 2 displace for the fixing part 6, the driving means is constituted so that drive sensitivity is increased according to displacement of the movable part 2 in a drive region in which effect of elastic reaction force due to at least the elastic supporting means 7 does not exist.
