PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy server capable of delivering information in conformation to the specification of an information terminal owned by a user and also delivering information in a form of content data suitable for the user. SOLUTION: Information of a Web server 30 is processed based on resource information 142 and processing rule information 141 of a user PC 20 in the proxy server 10, and delivered from the proxy server 10 to the user PC 20. A terminal resource survey means 12 comprises a terminal resource survey program 121, so that the proxy server 10 can acquire the resource information 142 from the user PC 20 without preliminarily grasping the resource information of the user PC 20.
