PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent irregularity of binding position, etc., by preventing displacement of discharged straw to the ear tip side when the discharged straw is conveyed. SOLUTION: In the discharged straw-conveying structure, an ear tip-regulating member 30 for imparting resistance to movement of discharged straw to ear tip side by contact with the ear tip of the discharged straw fed by a discharged straw-conveying apparatus 3 is installed. The ear tip-regulating member 30 is constituted of an ear tip contact part 30A capable of changing over to an acting posture and a non-acting posture and a receiving part 30C for keeping the acting posture by engagement with the ear tip contact part 30A and permitting changeover to the nonactive posture by release of the engaging action.
