The invention provides cuff buttons which do not fall off or do not get out of alignment otherwise caused by thread slacking or the like. An oblong plate integrated with a plurality of longitudinally juxtaposed buttons, characterized by comprising an ornamental button plate (10) having a plurality of button detaining pins (14) projecting from the back surface corresponding to the individual button positions on the plate, and hold plate (20) which are oblong correspondingly to the button plate and which are engaged by the individual button detaining pins entering the back surface of the cuff from the ornamental button plate positioned on the front surface of the cuff, the button plate being constructed so that it can be fixed in close contact to the front of the cuff longitudinally of the arm.
