In the present invention, there is disclosed a method of determining enantiomeric purity of 2-(4-fluorphenyl)-?,delta-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4[phenylamino)-carbonyl]-1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid and salts thereof of the general formula I using chiral chromatography process. The invented determination method can be used when checking substance of a medicament of in a liquid and solid medicament forms.
