Apertured film, method for producing thereof and absorbent product

Apertured film is produced from a starting film (100, 124) comprising stretchable thermoplastic polymer material with a plurality of holes (126) in starting film (100, 124), and comprising first and second group of the holes (126) whereby the holes (126) from the first group have larger size in comparison with the holes (126) from the second group. The holes (126) from the first and second group are defined by fibrils created from thermoplastic polymer material comprising irregular holes (126). Material for each of the holes (126) is thinner comparing the rest parts of the material. Thinner material has irregularly curved parts. Described is also a method for producing apertured film and absorbent product, which comprises absorbent core (132) having opposite main surfaces and apertured film (44) covering at least one of the said main surfaces.
