<p>1-Ar(alk)yl-imidazolin-2-ones of the general formula (I), in which n is 0 or 1, m is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, X is hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or halogen, R1-R2 are C1-C4-alkyl, cycloalkyl or an alkyl group which contains one or more heteroatoms or R1-R2 together are an alkylene group in which a -CH2- group can be replaced by oxygen, nitrogen or sulphur having anticonvulsive actions are described. These compounds can be prepared by a process organic synthesis. Pharmaceutical composition contains as an active substance at least one of said 1-Ar(alk)yl-imidazolin-2-on. These compounds are useful for the production of medicaments for the treatment of epileptic disorders.</p> |
