Substituted imidazoline derivatives of the formula (I), wherein B, E, W, Y, R, R2, R3, R30, e and h have the meaning stated in the claims, which are valuable active ingredients of medicament, e.g. in the therapy or prophylaxis of inflammatory disorders or allergy disorders, are being inhibitors of the adhesion and migration of leucocytes and/or VLA-4 adhesion receptor antagonists belonging to the group of integrins, are suitable for treatment or prophylaxis of disorders caused by unwanted degree of adhesion of leucocytes and/or migration of leucocytes or relating with them, or disorders, in which interaction between cell-cell or cell-matrix play role, which are based on interaction of VLA-4 receptors and ligands thereof. Described is a process for the preparation of compound of the formula (I), their use as active ingredients of medicaments and pharmaceutical compositions containing thereof.
