<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system of an information processor that has high secrecy and can be easily built. <P>SOLUTION: A bar code 3 indicating authentication data A is displayed on a surface of a card 2, and an authority owner has this card 2. When the authority owner makes a bar code reader 4 of a stock management computer 1 read the bar code 3 of the card 2, the stock management computer 1 calls data B for collation previously stored from a memory 5, and collates authentication data A read by the bar code reader 4 with the data B for collation. As a result of the collation, when authentication data A matches with the data B for collation, the stock management computer 1 authenticates the authority owner, and performs login.
