PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drive method not using pump operated by electric power and other mechanical mechanism, and a device for that or the like, and to efficiently collect waste heat from a fixing device and discharge the same to an outside by circulating liquid for cooling effectively using heat from the fixing device equipped on an image forming device.

SOLUTION: A first flow passage 10 filled with liquid and a second flow passage 110 as a sealed flow passage communicating to the first flow passage and filled with liquid are provided. A liquid drive means 102 making liquid in the first flow passage flow in one direction by pressure vibration generated by heating liquid in the second flow passage to boiling point or higher by using heat of an external heat generating body and then cooling the same to alternately repeat evaporation and condensation of liquid in the second flow passage is provided.
