摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling mechanism and a traveling wheel mechanism not to damage a floor panel of a clean room of an unmanned conveying truck ready for an increase in the size of a substrate and an increase in the loading capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A steering mechanism and traveling wheels at two rows having a driving mechanism are provided on an unmanned conveying vehicle.
