PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel in which disturbance of speed of screen block separation at the level difference of the barrier rib end part prevented, and variations of the screen block and variations of paste amount filled into the display cell are suppressed even if a printing device having no bias printing function is used in the manufacture, and a plasma display device and their manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The vertical barrier rib 4a located at the rightmost side in the figure is made longest, and the vertical barrier ribs 4a located in left side are made shorter in arithmetic series, and the vertical barrier rib located at the leftmost side is made shortest. Thereby, in vertical direction, the locations of the end part 4d of the vertical barrier ribs 4a are made at lower positions than that of the vertical barrier ribs 4a located at the left side, and the end part 4d of the vertical barrier rib 4a of the rightmost is made at the lowest position.
