PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, keeping the balance of a crane where a balance element is simply attached and detached while decreasing the risk of an accident. SOLUTION: This system includes: at least one balance element 3 having at least one pierced insert hole; and at least one fitting device 1 having a long element 11 inserted in at least one insert hole of at least one balance element, wherein the fitting device further includes a lifting mechanism 9 for hoisting the whole fitting device, and at least one insert hole of at least one balance element and the fitting device are provided with a connecting mechanism 7 for locking them with each other.
