PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for stably mounting a heat exchanger to a support frame in the heat exchanger mounting structure for freely removably/remountably mounting the heat exchanger to the support frame. SOLUTION: A mounting member 35 is provided with a first support part 36a and a second support part 36b to intersect at the turning center, and a cover part 37 and a cylindrical part 38 at the upper and lower ends of the first and second support parts. A body part 36 comprising the first and second support parts 36a, 36b is provided with an upper slit 39 and a lower slit 40. A first bracket 30 and a second bracket 31 extending to the rear side of the vehicle from an upper wall part 11a of the shroud panel 1 are formed with insertion holes 30a, 31a and cutout parts 30b, 30c, 31b, 31c for inserting the body part 36 of the mounting member 35.
