PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load receiving platform elevating/lowering device capable of increasing the effective width of a truck entrance of a load receiving platform, and enhancing the cargo unloading workability by a truck. SOLUTION: The load receiving platform elevating/lowering device 100 to support the cargo unloading work of a cargo onto a cargo bed 3 of a vehicle 1 comprises a load receiving platform to be elevated/lowered between the height of a floor surface 3a of the cargo bed 3 of the vehicle 1 and the ground height, a caster stopper 60 provided in a projecting manner from an upper face of the load receiving platform 8, and a stopper 65 which is mounted on a side part of the load receiving platform 8 and engaged with the caster stopper 60 stored on the load receiving platform 8 from the side.
