PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of raising the treatment instrument of an endoscope with good workability capable of easily readjusting and assembling a proximal end position of a guide tube through which a raising piece operating wire is inserted for remotely operating a treatment instrument raising piece on an operating portion. SOLUTION: A threadably moving stopper 24 abutting on the proximal end faces of the guide tubes 8, 9 is formed of a screw member in which a through-hole through which the raising piece operating wire 7 loosely passes is formed in an axial position, the screwing stopper 24 is engaged with a stopper seat 21 fixedly arranged in the operating portion 4, and the screwing stopper 24 is rotated around the axial line, so that the screwing stopper 24 moves axially to adjust the positioning of the proximal ends of the guide tubes 8, 9.
