PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter administering device administering a counter capable of counting the both of supply game media supplied in a game machine and prize game media put out from the game machine, and capable of quickly responding to a fraud to the counter through electric waves. SOLUTION: This counter administering device administers the game media counter 50 counting the both of the supply balls supplied in the game machine 10 and the prize balls put out from the game machine 10, allows a determining means to compare a timing between a supply ball signal and a prize ball signal output from the game media counter 50 and, when the supply ball signal and the prize ball signal are synchronized, determines that the game media counter 50 is in an abnormal state. When the game media counter 50 is determined to be in the abnormal state by the determining means, an output means outputs that the game media counter is in the abnormal state.
