PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a descending device with one work operation. SOLUTION: The subject mounting hardware is equipped with a support post 1, a rotary member 3 provided rotatably to the post 1, guide members 5, 6 which are mounted on the support post 1 and have a variable rotating radius, a bracket 4 to which the rotary member 3 and the guide members 5, 6 are rotatably attached, a support arm 9 with one end fixed on the bracket 4, and a suspending member 10 for the descending device at the end of the support arm 9. The rotary member 3 and the support arm 9 are approximately in parallel with the support post 1 when the rotary member 3 and the guide members 5, 6 are folded to the support post 1, and the support arm 9 becomes approximately horizontal when the rotary member 3 is retained on an extension of the support post 1.
