<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make selective measuring results of penetration prevention functions at the starting and the termination of the synchronous rectification of a semiconductor integrated circuit having a synchronous rectification function, and to correctly perform the detection of the penetration prevention function. <P>SOLUTION: There are connected a current source 9 that is driven at a voltage higher than power Vcc1 at the output of the output circuit having the synchronous rectification function, a measurer 8, and a comparator 10 that compares a measuring voltage and a preset voltage VR. Outputs of the comparator 10 are connected to inputs of a delay circuit 11 that can set a delay time and an operator 12, and the operator 12 outputs a trigger set signal to the measurer 8.
