<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which is easy for an end user to use for reducing the volume of the operation manuals of electronic equipment, and reducing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: How-to-use navigation software is stored in a computer incorporated in electronic equipment, and words relevant to words inputted from a user are displayed at the display device of the electronic equipment, and the user is made to select the words so that the screen of the display device can be introduced to a problem solution information display screen. This how-to-use navigation software, operation manuals with a dictionary format described with index words where information related with the operation of the electronic equipment is arranged in the order of the Japanese syllabary or the order of alphabets and the descriptions and graphical and thin simple operation manuals describing basic information which is necessary for the user to read just after purchasing the electronic equipment are prepared, and information related with the operation of the electronic equipment is provided to the user based on them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
