PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil part that has high withstand voltage/withstand current characteristics and can suppress audible noise/beat even if the coil part is driven at a frequency in an audible frequency region, and to provide a method for manufacturing the coil part. SOLUTION: The coil part 100 is in a structure, where a coil-including insulated encircling object is buried inside a core 80. The coil-including insulated encircling object is obtained by encircling a coil 30 by an insulator 50 made of a first resin so that end sections 12, 22 in the coil 30 are removed.
