PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole effectively exhibiting deodorizing effect, improving a wearing property and manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This insole comprises a thin body part 10 formed into a flat plate and a swell part 20 swelling downward from the bottom 11 of the body part 10. The body part 10 and the swell part 20 are integrally molded of silicone resin mixed with ceramic powder and the top part 21 of the swell part 20 is formed to position in the adjacency between the first joints J1 and the second joints J2 of the respective toes.
