<p>A cradle unit and a mobile device are connected by means of reflected-wave transmissions, but neither interfering with neighboring wireless systems nor impairing the operability of the mobile device. The function of a reflected-wave reader is installed on the cradle, and the function of a reflector is installed on a digital camera, so that contactless communications are established between the cradle and the digital camera. The digital camera varies an antenna load impedance according to image data taken, to modulate the reflected wave with respect to an unmodulated carrier from the cradle, and transmits the reflected wave. The communications can be maintained even at a considerable distance from the cradle, and the operability of the mobile device is not impaired even during the communications.</p> |
