<p>The present invention relates to a process for producing wine, particularly relates to a continuous mobile wine production process, whereby the grape juice and tannins are separated using different processes before being transported separately in cold temperature to prevent or inhibit fermentation of the must for a predetermined period of time, which is then recombine after reconstitution separately to be fermented at tropical ambient temperature following by racking where settling occur and clarification where the grape juice is settled in cold temperature. Aging is not necessary as toasted oak chips are added during ferment.</p> |
