The crushing part (50) is formed by being partitioned by a first rotating table (60) and a second rotating table (70), which are connected to a first rotary shaft (110) or a second rotary shaft (111), respectively. On the first rotating table (60) and the second rotating table (70), a plurality of blades (63, 73) are arranged to protrude toward a plane they oppose, and at a position close to a rotary shaft core, conductive holes (61, 71) penetrating in the shaft direction are formed.
