<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high strength low temperature-firing ceramic composition having excellent mechanical strength and dielectric characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The high strength low temperature-firing ceramic composition contains at least Al, Si, Sr and Ba as main components and has at least one kind of hexagonal SrAl<SB>2</SB>Si<SB>2</SB>O<SB>8</SB>, (Sr,Ba)Al<SB>2</SB>Si<SB>2</SB>O<SB>8</SB>and BaAl<SB>2</SB>Si<SB>2</SB>O<SB>8</SB>and an Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>crystal in a structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
