<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a shake-out container capable of preventing contents from spouting out attributable to fluctuation of the internal pressure in the container. <P>SOLUTION: The cap for the shake-out container comprises a top face wall (2) having a plurality of openings (2a) passing through the surface and the back surface thereof, and a base (3) to fix and hold the top wall (2) at a mouth part (1a) of the container (1), and the content in the container is discharged through the openings (2a) in the top wall through the shake-out operation by inverting the container (1). A movable lid (4) which is supported via an elastic member (5), closes the openings (2a) in the top face wall (2) and is movable along an outer surface thereof is provided on the top face wall (2).
