<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure communication means by a function for deleting an temporary allocated IP address explicitly by dinamically assigning a temporary global IP address corresponding, to a communication partner, an application to be used, a communication session, etc., at a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system includes a structure for distributing the temporary IP address (hereinafter called one time address) to the terminal, that is, one time address distribution system in the network. Consequently, according to the one time address distribution request from the terminal or the notification request of the address to the terminal from other system, the one time address is distributed to the terminal. And, the communication session is started based on the distributed one time address.
