PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control terminal whose power consumption can be suppressed. SOLUTION: A control circuit attaining a remote control terminal includes a step (S440) of generating a signal for a data code by imparting a duty ratio in data coding transmission to a data code corresponding to a detected operation button when the operation button is depressed within a specified time after last depression (YES at S510), a step (S450) of outputting the signal for the data code, a step (S460) of storing the transmission time of the signal for the data code in a memory, a step (S420) of generating a signal for a custom code including a duty ratio in custom code transmission when the depression is not detected within the specified time after the last depression, and a step (S430) of outputting the signal for the custom code.
