PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector assembly that can be improved in sensor sensitivity by reducing wiring noise. SOLUTION: The radiation detecting device has a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 101 and a plurality of switch elements 102, and the photoelectric conversion elements 101 and phosphor layers 135 laminated upon the switch elements 102. A copper alloy is used in the signal wiring of the switch elements 102. In addition, the photoelectric conversion elements 101 and switch elements 102 are manufactured in the same process, and the copper alloy is used in the driving wiring of the switch elements 102. By using the wiring composed of the copper alloy, the wiring noise is reduced and the sensor sensitivity is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
