PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is imparted with excellent weatherability and shape-retaining properties at high temperatures without reducing moldability of a vinyl chloride-based resin composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by kneading a composition comprising 100 pts. mass of a vinyl chloride-based resin (A), 20-200 pts. mass of a plasticizer (B), 1-200 pts. mass of an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester-based copolymer (C) and 0.01-20 pts. mass of a crosslinking agent (D). The vinyl chloride-based resin (A) preferably has an average polymerization degree of 800-4,000. The unsaturated carboxylic acid ester-based copolymer (C) may be a copolymer of an ethylene unit and/or a vinyl acetate unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
