PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposition of a solid material in a cooling pipe, etc., in a condenser by collecting fine solid materials from pyrolysis gas flowing out from a pyrolysis apparatus. SOLUTION: Pyrolysis gas flowing out from a pyrolysis apparatus 1 is supplied to a cyclone dust collector 7 to collect fine solid materials from the pyrolysis gas, and the pyrolysis gas flowing out from the cyclone dust collector 7 is supplied to a condenser 6 and condensed. The solid materials collected by the cyclone dust collector 7 are passed through a dust banker 8 to a precipitation tank 9 and separated by precipitation.
