PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply member which supplies electricity from a main body side to a head side without harmful effect on a joining load, in a joining device equipped with a movable head toward an object to be joined. SOLUTION: The power supply member 9 supplies electric power from the main body side of the device to the head 8, which move toward the object to be joined during joining. The member is composed of flexible plate type conductive materials which are supported in an almost parallel posture to a plane rectangular to the moving direction of the head 8. They have a band shape with at least two or more of almost rectangularly bent portions when seen from the moving direction of the head 8, and one end of the band shape is connected to the main body side of the device while the other end is to the head side.
