PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an classification-and-delivery device which surely recognizes the presence or absence of an object to be conveyed even if a flat object to be conveyed is accommodated in a conveying basket. SOLUTION: A first reflection member 220 and a second reflection member 240 are each fixed to the both inner sides of the conveying basket 200, respectively. A light source 260, which irradiates the first reflection member with light, and a light-receiving sensor 280, which reflects the light reflected with the first reflection member and receives the reflected light, are provided.
