PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the neck of a person to be protected such as a person to be hairdressed from heat etc. SOLUTION: This sheet is provided with: a sheet part 3 for protecting the neck 67 of the person to be protected by covering at least a part of the neck 67; and a holding part 5 provided at a sheet part 3 for holding the sheet part 3 to the person to be protected. Thus, the sheet part 3 is held to the person to be protected to cover and protect at least a part of the neck 67 of the person to be protected.
