摘要 <p>It is intended to develop a method whereby a nucleic acid (for example, DNA) fixed on a support can be transferred into a cell, into which such a substance can be hardly transferred (in particular, transfected), or the transfer efficiency can be improved. By applying a combination of a cell adhesive molecule (for example, type IV collagen) with a gene transfer reagent (for example, Lipofectamine) to a cell, an unexpectedly high nucleic acid transfer efficiency can be achieved. Moreover, it is clarified that, after the nucleic acid transfer, the cell has an ability to undergo the induction of differentiation.</p>
