<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution and a secondary battery in which the deterioration of battery performance is suppressed in storage at high temperatures and in continuous charge at high temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: This is the nonaqueous electrolytic solution for the secondary battery which is mainly composed of a solute and a nonaqueous organic solvent to dissolve the solute and contains 10 ppm or more and less than 1,000 ppm of a compound expressed by a general formula (1). In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>3</SB>express independently hydrocarbon groups of carbon numbers 1 to 20 which may have substituents. Furthermore, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>, or R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>may be bonded to each other and may form ring structures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
