PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paying-in person control system for determining abnormality in a monitoring center, when a paying-in person does not carry out paying-in processing within a prescribed time using a set signal in a store as a base point, in a prescribed paying-in machine . SOLUTION: This control system is provided with a security system having a sensor for detecting the abnormality in the store, a mode setting means for setting the start of security for the store and a control means for transmitting a security start signal to the monitoring center, and the paying-in machine for transmitting a paying-in processed signal to the monitoring center when the paying-in processing by the paying-in person is settled. The monitoring center starts a clocking means, when receiving the security start signal, and determines whether the paying-in processing is carried out during clocking the prescribed time by the clocking means, or not.
