PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various problems that it is difficult to insert a guide liner and a pipe lining material, that the softened pipe lining material is cooled and is caught by protrusions due to a gap or the like formed in a joint of a pipe line or the like, and that it is necessary to temporarily erect a scaffold to keep water head (height) even when the pipe lining material to be inserted is located in the vicinity of the pipe line. SOLUTION: The method of inserting the pipe lining material into the pipe line is characterized in that a guide liner is expanded by working fluid pressure on it, and a traction tool connected to one end of the pipe lining material housed in a pressure vessel can be pulled in a working space under the same fluid pressure as that of the guide liner.
