PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to arrange a constitution of a battery protection circuit module so that the module can responde to the design change of the battery package or the like easily. SOLUTION: A COB module 110 equipped with the battery protection circuit 130 is mounted on a base printed-circuit board 150. The COB module is with a constitution in which bare tips or the like are mounted on a printed-circuit board 111 having a COB compatible structure to form the battery protection circuit. The base printed circuit board 150 is of a usual structure, and has a terminal 103-2 or the like to which the COB module 110 is connected, battery terminals 101, 102 which are to be connected to the battery, and the output terminals 103, 104 to be connected to the load.
