PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying and loading mechanism or the like capable of holding printed matter without dispersing them and easy for users to take out the printed matter. SOLUTION: This carrying and loading mechanism 1 has a carrying part 21 for carrying the printed matter 15 and a loading part 23 to be loaded with the printed matter 15. The carrying part 21 is provided with a plurality of carry-in openings 25 opened backward, a plurality of carry-out openings 33 opened downward, and a plurality of carrying passages 29 or the like for connecting the carry-in openings 25 and the carry-out openings 33 to each other. The loading part 23 is provided with a bottom plate 7 inclined obliquely downward in front, a loading board 43 erected in a front part of the bottom plate 7 and inclined obliquely upward in front to be loaded with the printed matter 15, an inclined plate 39 provided in parallel with the bottom plate 7 over the same to guide the printed matter 15 to the loading board 43, and a presser block 41 for pressing the printed matter 15 from obliquely over in rear to the loading board 43 and slides between the bottom plate 7 and the inclined plate 39 in response to the number of loaded printed matter.
