摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a prescribed gas volume from a high-pressure large gas volume to a small volume by cryogenic cooling. SOLUTION: A filling apparatus (130) includes a first fluid container (220), a second fluid container (210) and a connector for connecting the first and second fluid containers (220) and (210) to a gas source (205). The first fluid container (220) has the volume corresponding to a certain quantity of a liquid made by condensing a gas. The gas develops a prescribe gas pressure within the total volume of the first and second fluid containers (220) and (210) during the phase transformation. It is preferable that the first fluid container (220) is a tube shaped like a coil to submerge the container (220) in a liquid nitrogen bath (230) in order to cool the container (220) cryogenically, whereby the gas is condensed and converted into the form of a liquid. This invention is especially optimum to provide an [<SP>18</SP>O] oxygen gas to an [<SP>18</SP>O] O<SB>2</SB>/F<SB>2</SB>target system for manufacturing an [<SP>18</SP>F] fluorine gas. The ideal prescribed pressure is 40 to 50 bar in order to supply an appropriate quantity of the [<SP>18</SP>O] oxygen gas to the [<SP>18</SP>O] O<SB>2</SB>/F<SB>2</SB>target system for an industrially important frequency of a manufacture run between fills of the filling apparatus (130).
