PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong aseismatic reinforcing structure, by applying tensional force to a rope by a tensional force adjusting means, by strongly connecting columns by the rope of an aseismatic reinforcing means, by improving working efficiency for constructing the aseismatic reinforcing structure, by adjusting the tensional force of the rope by the tensional force adjusting means disposed in a midway part of the rope, by securely connecting the columns through studs by the rope of the aseismatic reinforcing means, when constructing the aseismatic reinforcing structure in a frame body of a building. SOLUTION: This building constructs the frame body of a wall part by a sill part, a girder parallel to the sill part, a plurality of columns erected up to the girder from the sill part, and the stud arranged at a predetermined interval between the columns, and is constituted so as to arrange the aseismatic reinforcing means having the rope for connecting the mutual columns via the stud and the tensional force adjusting means for adjusting the tensional force of the rope.
