PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to sit in a comfortable and easeful posture by preventing easy interference between a support arm of a table and a backrest and enlarging a rearward tilt angle of the backrest. SOLUTION: The top plate support arm 39 in the table 5 is formed into an approximate L shape in a side view passing through the lower part of the backrest 4 and extending forward, the front end part of a front-facing piece 39b is turnably pivoted to an approximate center in the front/rear direction of a base frame 8 supporting a seat body 3 by a pivot 22 facing in the left/right direction.
