PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation tool for easily growing various plants found in the area on a slope, a bare land, a bank protection face, etc., at a low cost to restore the slope, bare land, etc., to the natural state and provide a vegetation method using the tool. SOLUTION: The vegetation tool A for fixing a plant growth source contains a long shaft member 1 and a fiber group 20 arranged along the shaft member 1 and held with the member 1 and effective for fixing the plant growth source.
