摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel electrode for SOFC and its manufacturing method wherein a reaction resistance of an electrode is reduced and output of power generation is improved by means that a reaction interface per a unit weight of the fuel electrode is increased, as well as the (SOFC) provided with this fuel electrode for the SOFC. <P>SOLUTION: This is the fuel electrode for the SOFC containing a complex oxide which has at least a metal element A, a metal element B, and oxygen as constituting elements, or containing metal element B containing oxide. The complex oxide or the metal element B containing oxide B has oxide ion conductivity, and ultrafine particles of the metal element A are provided on the surface of the complex oxide or the metal element B containing oxide. The metal element A and the metal element B satisfy a relationship expressed by a formula (1): E<SB>A-O</SB><E<SB>B-O</SB>(E<SB>A-O</SB>shows bond energy between the metal element A and oxygen, and E<SB>B-O</SB>shows bond energy between the metal element B and oxygen in the formula).
